The process to manage firearm transfers between online stores and FFL dealers

MasterFFL’s innovative software removes the friction by automating the entire transfer process and cuts stores’ operational costs by up to 75% all while significantly increasing compliance.

At the heart of our solution is a robust master database with highly enriched FFL dealer data for all dealers.

Our software gives online retailers easy access to powerful information they need to make confident, data-driven decisions before transferring firearms.

Online stores can use our FFL Select Web Application or our robust API service to present consumers a list of quality and relevant FFL dealers to sort, filter, and
select at checkout.

Once an order is placed, store compliance agents can use our cloud-native back- office application, FFL360, to automate the entire FFL transfer process.

FFL360 notifies the receiving FFL dealer of the transfer request and acquires their FFL licenses if needed. We run EZ-Check for each transfer automatically
and provide a transfer certificate that is time stamped and logged for historical review.

When the transfer process is finalized (we have an agreement from the dealer and have validated their license) we create a transfer-proof document
for audits.

Not only does this make the transfer process faster and cheaper, it also ensures compliance best-practices are followed, reducing risk.
